MASONIC GRAND LODGE LIBRARY AND MUSEUM OF TEXAS
The Sam Houston Hall of Fame was originated at the suggestion of R:W: Harvey C. Byrd, Grand Secretary, to:

- Recognize and memorialize the Masonic activities of Sam Houston;
-
-Provide an opportunity for tax deductible gifts to our Masonic Grand Lodge Library and Museum of Texas;
-
-Preserve financial security for the Masonic Grand Lodge Library and Museum of Texas;
-
-Honor and perpetuate the names of contributors as a part of Masonic History in Texas.

There are 4 levels of participation:

MEMBER: WHEN AM I A MEMBER? When your total contributions equal $1,000.00. Then your name will be inscribed in the Sam Houston Hall of Fame. In addition, you receive a gold lapel pin, personalized certificate, a lithograph of Sam Houston and an invitation to the Hall of Fame luncheon.

The Grand Lodge will accept a donation of any amount not less than $5.00 and when a person's total donations equal one of the four levels, he will be recognized.
