The installation will take place under the Masonic Oak of West Texas which is located near the school house on the fort grounds.

There will be a meal served at 4:00 pm in the school house, and there are tables inside for dining.  The cost of the meal is approximately $10 per plate plus $1 admission to the Fort Grounds. 

The installation will take place immediately following the meal.

RSVP by June 30, 2010, so a count can be given to the caterers.

Fort McKavett is located in the heart of West Texas, approximately 150 miles northwest of San Antonio. The site is part of the Texas Forts Trail Region.

Directions from Menard: Travel US HWY 190 west for 17 miles; then turn south on FM 864 for 6 miles to the site.
